Hello,
Still a bit jet-lagged in Australia, awake at odd hours - but everyone is in transit now, and I'm looking forward to seeing them all and getting our first tour here started.
Angela will be doing her daily video bits from the road so everyone will get to see little bits of how things are going down here.
Weather is lovely, rains a bit each afternoon and sometimes during the night but most of the time it's gorgeous. Am sitting looking at the sea, have to say I envy anyone who gets to live looking at the ocean from their window every day, any ocean..
Hello,
I'm not into entertainment people getting political in any way but as a mother this shocked and upset me so I have to say something.
OK, this post NOT going to be popular but West Africa supplies 70% of the world's cocoa (main ingredient in Chocolate) and they are using the slave labour of small kids who's parents SOLD THEM to the industry.
Hello,
I leave today for Australia, mind you I don't get there until 9am on the 31st but start out today
Rehearsals running in Dublin so the cast will be 3 days after us.
Really looking forward to it
Sharon

The last tour was brilliant craic ! ! ! ! and the most fun i’ve had on the road in a long time... a credit to everyone who was on it....long one though...i was on the road for over 4 months doing a few acoustic shows in between, and recording on the 2 weeks everyone else had off!!!! Hopefully worth it!!!! I KNOW IT WILL!!!
Hello,
In Dublin, flying to London tonight, then back to Dublin before heading to Australia to set up for the tour coming up there. Really looking forward to it.
The USA Fall Tour is almost together. Usual problems for our booking agents trying to juggle availability in venues with a reasonable (and drivable) routing.
Hope to have it confirmed shortly and get the dates posted on our tour page for you. I'll blog here when that happens.
6:30am it's the 28th of August 2011, that all too familiar sound of my alarm clock goes off full tilt and at the opposite side of the room... so I have to get up, that only happens when I have something important to get up for so I don't knock it off and sleep in.
Important being the operative word, I am about to embark on the most important show of my career. Celtic Thunder has called me up to take centre stage with my CT brothers.
Hi,
Lots of questions as to what I meant in previous blog by a "sit down" gig. It's just an expression. Means a show that sets up in one venue and stays there for weeks at a time.
Still working on that one but will of course let you know if it's confirmed for the summer.
Hi, The TV station in Australia is running a great comp for the Sydney show there. Here's a link to the details http://cms.celticthunder.ie/node/884228

Hello Everyone,
It's been so busy since the Holidays I haven't had a minute to blog!
I'm in LA at the moment with meetings about the Voyage release, meetings about Damian and then Keith's signing to Verve Music.
Trying to finalise the Fall 2012 tour in quick time now for the PBS stations to get organised for Pledge.
Our booking agents are working on a sit down show during the summer, not confirmed yet and another special week long gig for the 2nd week in December which I hope to have finalised and get details to you about by the end of this month.
