I think Damian did...an AMAZING JOB!!!! All I can say is... WOW!! he totally makes this song!! He makes you feel the feeling of wanting to go home... And what I love the most about this song is his facial expressions!! GAHHH!!! It's amazing!! That's pretty much all I can say about this!!!

I just thought I would say that Damian does a great a job on the song HOME.
I love my Micheal Buble' and Blake Shelton does a fab country version too.
I think sometimes when other artist put it out it is hard to like it from someone else.

Oh my gosh. my friend is totally into Celtic Thunder and she has gotten me into them. So I was watching them on PBS the other night and the first one to come out was Damien and I was like OMG he is so cute. I was expecting the little boy sound because I havent heard them in so long and when he came on and sang I was like he has grown up so much that i wouldnt be able to recognise his voice if i didnt know it was him this song sounds so good with his voice it seemed like the song was written for him. I totally loved the song and the way it sounded.

Did anyone else notice how grown up Damian sounds during this song? I was re-listening to the clip a while ago and it just hit me how grown up he sounds. And believe me, that's a good thing!

Yes, I have noticed that. Every time I watch/listen to this song I marvel at the fact that we have literally gotten to watch Damian grow up. From "Puppy Love" to "Happy Birthday Sweet 16" to "Home", Damian has changed before our eyes and has really come into his own. "Home" is a perfect song for Damian showcasing his wonderful deep, rich voice in lyrics that speak of "grown up" romance. Damian has indeed "come home" and we all got to watch. So lucky for us! Way to go Damian! *high five*

Damian sang this song absolutely beautifully. I'd never heard it before Toronto, and when Damian began singing I was immediately captivated. I simply can not wait to hear it again. Damian put so much emotion, passion, and longing into the song that it made you want for your own home, with someone special to hold. I have no "least favorite" songs from Toronto, just ones that top others. Home is one of those songs. Completely love, love, love!

I love Michael Buble and I'm sure Damian will do this song some serious justice. Now that his voice is deep and rich, I think this is a perfect song for him to perform, and to be perfectly honest, I'm glad that they picked as song that is atypical of what they normally choose for him to sing -- meaning that usually he sings "teeny bopper" type songs and this is a popular, modern song of today. Good choice and I can't wait to hear it.
