Amazing Grace (Performed by Ensemble)
Amazing grace, how sweet the sound
That saved a wretch like me
I once was lost but now I'm found
Was blind but now I see
Was grace that taught my heart to fear
And grace my fears relieved
How precious did that grace appear
The hour I first believed
Amazing grace, how sweet the sound
That saved a wretch like me
I once was lost but now I'm found
Was blind but now I see
Through many dangers, toils and snares
I have already come
'Twas grace that brought me safe thus far
And grace will lead me home
Amazing grace, how sweet the sound
That saved a wretch like me
I once was lost but now I'm found
Was blind but now I see
Was blind but now I see

I LOVE DAMIAN JOSEPH MCGINTY!!!!
Amazing song
The arrangement Phil Coulter put together for this song is fantastic!! The guys sound SOOOOOO good and I was disappointed it wasn't on the DVD!! I can only hope that they will perform the song when they are on tour. It would be a real shame if this song is only heard on the CD!!!
Damian
Just compare Damian's part in Amazing Grace to the singing he did in the first audition on the DVD - hard to believe it's the same kid - he was an amazing kid then and he's an even more amazing young man now - for me, this is the best thing I've ever heard him sing, the voice soooo deep with such a tenderness to it - I agree with so many others, I hope we get to hear this live in the tour. There will be a real tear-fest every night, that's for sure
The first time I heard this
The first time I heard this song on the cd, I was in tears. Amazing Grace has always been one of my favorite hymns and to hear the lads sing it acapella just blew me away. I sure hope this song makes it into the fall tour as I am looking forward to hearing it live!

To be in Derry with the Boy of my dreams, and to sing a duet of beauty and loving. What a wonderful daydream. not a reality
Damian is inspiring and has a voice beyond his 16 years. It's absolutly perfect!)[img

Wow
I must be honest. I've have never, ever been a fan of the song (hymn) Amazing Grace. That was then. This is now. The thirty-second clip had me with misty eyes, and thinking of warm evenings in a deep-south chapel. Don't ask me why, but that's the memory I associate with this song. I simply can not wait to hear it in its entirety. Tuesday can not come fast enough!

Without music there would be no life, and without life there would be no music.
Speechless...well, almost
I've heard so many different versions of this song both a capella and with instrumental music. This is the absolute best I've ever heard the song! I was listening at work and it seriously had me crying! The guys have blown me away, yet again!
