Hey, just a note that on the Tour page, the links for Abbotsford on Oct 29 aren't right. The link that should go to the Abbotsford Centre website for tickets actually takes us to the KCTS pledge site, and the link that should be for PBS actually just goes back to the CT homepage. I posted this as a comment on one of Sharon's posts as well so hopefully it'll get fixed soon!
I just checked the updated tour list and I am BEYOND excited that CT will be coming to my city finally - Abbotsford!! I could seriously walk to the arena! I can't wait!!!

Hi everyone, I live in Victoria, & we're really hoping that they come over here next. We'd still go to Vancouver when they come back, if that's where they go, hopefully next spring.
My girlfriend & I went to the show in Vancouver back in May & that was the most amazing concert I had seen in years.
We personally think that they should've recorded the show in Vancouver & not Ontario, the people at the Vancouver show were way more receptive to them. My girlfriend & I didn't sit down once, we were up for every song, so was everyone else, we were so hoarse & pumped up after the show it took awhile to calm down & then all we still do is talk about the show & how great the guys are & their voices blend together so well.I had an elderly gentleman sitting in front of me with his wife & they were having a ball, it was great to see.
It doesn't matter what age you are, you'll enjoy them.
Can't wait till the next DVD/CD next spring, hopefully we'll see them on tour again next spring as well.
Take care everyone, the new DVD/CD's are wonderful, I watch it at least 3 times a week & listen to their CD every night.

Hi everyone - I'll be at the Kamloops concert on the 6th as well - fifth row, centre! Can't wait! I spoke briefly to Dancemom about arranging a get-together for the Thunderheads before the show but so far, the two of us are the only people who have shown any interest. If you are attending the Kamloops concert and want to try and get together before the show, please PM me!

I see you are in the 4th Row @ Kamloops....which seat (? I will be in Vancouver, too...which seats do you have there?
You PM'd me about Vancouver's Dentry's pre-show dinner.....how are things coming along, how many of us will there be so far? You can PM me any time. I will be coming from Kamloops, same as the lads...they will probably travel during the night you think, and get their hotel in Vancouver. Will you post info under Pacific Northwest?
Can't wait!! It will be so neat to meet all of you!

I can't believe that may 7th is less than a month away!
Does anyone know if there is any way to possibly exchange tickets from ticketmaster?? The silly website gave me what it thought was the best seats available, and a week later I checked again (after buying tickets) and there were some SERIOUSLY better seats!!
Or is this all just my fault for trusting the ticketmaster website??..
Oh well I really could care less,
There is a show in VANCOUVER! I still can't believe it,
even better is that this time I don't have to drive all the way to everett again!
I know....I will never forget the day I saw Vancouver on the list for a concert. Most exciting! I hope Vancouver will give the guys and crew a reason to come back in the fall.

best thing to do is contact the venue and talk to them see if they can work out an exchange for you.

we are working on outfits at the moment, we are making shirts!
we convinced my friend to wear a kilt! its going to be so
much fun!!!
I'm in the process of planning a get together for before the show in Vancouver on May 7th. Thanks to Jamie who found an awesome Irish restaurant (not just a pub, so all ages are welcome) not too far from the venue. I spoke to the owner and he said depending on numbers, he can give us the whole lower level of the restaurant that can hold 40 or so. Please reply or PM me if you are interested in joining us at the following restaurant before the concert.
Where is the best place to stay near the arena in Vancouver? I'm not too familiar with the area. Thanks.
The arena itself is located on the University of BC Campus...so just about everything is about 5 miles away.....most major brand hotels in Vancouver that are close are good places to stay. Best thing to do is google the Arena and then use that to locate hotels in the area that you could want to stay at.

Does anyone else find it weird that they are going to the UBC Thunderbird Arena for the concert? I was just there for a week a little while ago and it seems kinda small..... there are a lot of Vancouver Thunderheads!
Caitlin
There could be a lot of reasons for that........cost, timing, availability - everything else could have been booked........how small is the arena, unless it seats less than 200 I wouldn't worry ? Some of the Venue's CT played in weren't all that large....
Oh I'm not worried about, I just thought it would be held at a bigger venue. But, they are coming to Vancouver and thats all that counts!
It didn't look THAT teensy to me... I mean, I was just looking online and I've never been there... but it appears to be a hockey arena... with the stands filled and I presume chairs on the floor... Not as big as some venues maybe, but not too small either.
I can't wait!
Thanks!

A small venue also means a more intimate venue. That's good, right?
