Just got in from the show - had a fantastic time! Can't believe that I actually got to meet Ryan and George. I'm also happy that the guys autographed my pics that I brought of them. My daughter and I were the first ones to go onstage to meet them at the meet & greet. I wonder exactly when we can download the pics (and where exactly?) - I forgot to ask. I don't see any pics from Newfoundland or Halifax anywhere. Time for bed - 6 a.m. comes early. I'll have sweet dreams tonight!

sorry I don't drive and don't have anyone here to ask about which route to take to come into Montreal. . Perhaps if you go to www.theweathernetwork.com you will be able to find out about closures, work, etc. under the roads or travel tab at the top.
Finally got my letter yesterday and confirmed with Theatre St. Denis this afternoon that I am on the list for tickets (yesterday I wasn't). I am going to get my tickets and bracelets tomorrow and will also scope out my route for Monday so I won't be nervous about getting there on time. Can't wait!

Are there any road closures in the Montreal area? We're trying to plan our route up from Vermont. We have a few options:
We can take 133 at the border crossing to 10 and then over to 134, or we could take 15 up to 20 and then onto 134.
If you know of any routes we shouldn't take, we'd appreciate hearing about them in advance! Thanks

Nope, I've heard nothing on where the seats are. They are at the mercy of the promoters, but the seats I got through VPT for the Manchester NH concert last tour were second row pit, so I'm not too concerned.

I called VPT today to see where my tickets were and was told that the promoter had not gotten the tickets so we have to go early on Sept. 12 (5:30 p.m.)to Theatre St. Denis, with picture I.D. to get our tickets. The man I talked to said a letter was going out to everyone explaining the situation: but the letter had not gone out yet (Aug. 31). He also said that the Meet & Mingle would start at 6:15 as far as he knew. Sheesh - just what I need when I work right on the far edge of TMR and don't have a car AND can't really leave early as I am in charge of doing payroll on Mondays. I'll figure something out. Starting to get excited!!!

I'm a little nervous about showing up with only my letter (and the required photo ID for ticket pickup) as proof of purchase, but all of my past dealings with representatives of VPT have been wonderful, so I'm sure they will be there to work through this as well. See you on Monday!

Sorry I can't help you out about the extra ticket - as it is I am dragging my older daughter to this show - the younger one got dragged to Kingston 2 years ago, lol. I do not know ANY Celtic Thunder fans at all. Hope our tickets come soon - I am getting nervous. Very, very upset about Ryan leaving - he's the main reason I bought M&M tickets. Maybe we can meet in person on the night. Good luck with the ticket.
