So far, so good. The PBS stations seem to be getting a great reaction to "It's Entertainment".

The guys East, West and in the Middle are doing a great job with these live pledges.

It's interesting to see how much more polished and confident they all are now compared to 3 years ago.

We're having a lot of fun doing them and the guys are having a laugh with the presenters and the volunteers at all the stations too.

Incredible support from people for Public Broadcasting, it's inspiring really, I'm very impressed at how civic minded American People are when it comes to their local TV stations and enabling PBS to survive and thrive across the country.

Well done to all of you and our thanks for doing it, as it is what made Riverdance, Celtic Woman, Celtic Thunder and so many shows possible.

Regards
Sharon

So excited!

Just found out that Neil and Keith will be coming to my PBS this week!!! I'm so excited. I'll be pledging to PBS for the first time in my life to get a couple great tickets and M&G passes!!!!!!!!

PBS Viewing in SW Florida Last Night

Hey Sharon! I watched the PBS special on my local SW FL station last night. I LOVED that! I have to record it again though, 'cause I had the TV on the wrong format. A few times, Ryan kept getting cut off a bit. That just can't be allowed! *growl* I think the show flowed better the way it was shown on PBS...I liked that there were more reactions from the audience shown...since I'm not there myself...I like to watch other people having fun...hehe...and I must say...it's the ONLY time I've ever watched PBS and not gotten bored during the pledge breaks. The guys were just too funny! My fav was Paul's comment, 'If you don't have a phone, send a pidgeon.' *giggle* And when Ryan walked by the pledge lady, acting all casual like, I got all giddy! And I like the end, where Keith cried and Neil had to hold him. *winks* Oh! And when Paul hugged the pledge lady. Smile

And don't even get me started on Neil's accent. *swoon*

All in all, I'll probably keep a copy on tape to go with the DVD.

Again, Thank you, Sharon! *bows* And Thank You, CT GUYS!

Sharon, it was nice to see

Sharon, it was nice to see you and the lads at WLIW. My phone was so busy (YAY!), I didn't see much of the interviews, but I am told they were wonderful! Neil and Keith were very sweet and nice to all the volunteers. We pledged for RCMH, which will be our first time there! Can't wait, but really looking forward to Boston and NH, my own stomping grounds! The NH pbs show last night was great too. My kids grew up with PBS shows and we love supporting them when we can. Have a wonderful time on the rest of the promos.
Thanks!
Jeanne

Wilkes Barre

Hi Saharon,
Thanks again for all you do. I am driving today from Jersey to help out tonite at WVIA. Sure hope I get a chance to meet you and thank-you personally.
Karen from New Jersey

Sharon, Including myself,

Sharon,

Including myself, there were 7 other fans that worked the KFYI promo with Damian and Paul in Indianapolis on 03/03/2010 and we had a great time! Smile And none of us live in the Indy area; we drove from Kansas City, St. Louis and Chicago JUST to support CT and PBS. Smile Without PBS, none of us that were at KFYI on Wednesday night would have ever heard of CT - so it's our pleasure to return the favor to PBS when we can!

Thank you, Ryan, for everything!!

Be kind, for everyone you meet is fighting a hard battle.

That was WFYI! LOL!

That was WFYI! LOL! Smile

PBS shows

Sharon: Queen of CT, it's hard to put in words just how much you, Phil and all the CT crew mean to us. Words like charming, adoring and hamsome just doesn't seem to cut it. Just three short years ago we happened upon 5 solo artists with the most beatiful voices one has ever heard. We were blessed with It's Entertainment and Wow they did ENTERTAIN us. Next on the agenda is Storm, so waiting for it. Yes, these now 6 talented men ( Neil and Wish upon a Star) seem to keep raising the bar and giving us Thunderheads what we want: MORE Damian, Keith, Paul, Ryan, George and now Neil. Thank you Thank you Thank you. You've made our daily routines just a bit more enjoyable . Wishing you all the best in your future endeavors.

PBS

Thanks for that, Sharon. I am very passionate about PBS and support more than one station. I honestly enjoy watching PBS programs more than regular television shows! It makes me sad to even think about how financially strapped some stations are right now and are on the verge of collapse. On a brighter note, the phones were ringing off the hook at NJN! Thanks to all out there who DO pledge to PBS! Smile *gets off soap box* ROFL Tongue

on the road again

George and Ryan were great on KQED last night Smile It's the most relaxed I have seen Ryan in an interview situation and the fact that he talks with his hands was a real plus for me, like I needed any more, they were funny, charming and adorable. I think lots of people saw what I saw as the phones appeared to be ringing off the hook Big smile >^,,^<

Ryan with hands, eh!!!!

I wonder if he has a little french in him. I speak with my hands too!!! very effective tool when trying to get ones point across, he hehe
welcome to my world Ryan.

PBS

Ummm...my money's always too tight, so I'm not a contributor to PBS. That being said, a really BIG Thank You goes out to everyone who can and does contribute, because, without you, I wouldn't be able to watch. Smile Although, I hardly ever watch PBS in the first place, unless some Irish related program happens to be on. *grin*

Again, Thank You, Sharon for sharing the guys with us! I proudly own all the CT CD's and DVD's and I play them over and over.

And I can't wait to watch the guys tonight on PBS. I'm also going to watch them on the QVC channel. I missed them on there last year, since I was working. I'm not working at the moment, so I am definately going to watch! Smile

NH and Mass.

Big smile I was so happy to discover that there is an IE show scheduled for Manchester, NH, in addition to the Boston one. Now have tix for both. YEAA!

Looking forward to your PA visits

Hi! I have to tell you how much my family enjoys Celtic Thunder. We have recently purchased the 3 DVD's & have "slowly" collected the 4 CD's. My 3 oldest children (age 6, 5 & 3) are constantly walking around the house singing CT tunes. They even act out the ones they know from the DVD's. Thank you for this great music and for bringing together what seems like such a terrific group of guys.
God Bless,
Diana & family

People Love Celtic Thunder!

Was lucky enough to get to help out at WLIW on Wednesday. Great fun! Keith and Neil are so charming and talented. I was amazed at how many pledges came in just at my phone. So many of the callers told me that they loved everything about Celtic Thunder! Gotta agree with that!!
Diane

WLIW

Sharon,
Had a great time at WLIW last nite. Was good seeing & chatting with u again. Keith & Neil were great & Keith was very entertaining, as usual. His Hi,I'm Ron Burgundy line cracked us all up. Neil is so gracious, such a sweetheart. Glad I could help out.

I'm sure the rest of the Promos will go as well as the ones before.

Cheers, Joan

Future CD's

Would love to be able to purchase individual CD's of the lads singing traditional Irish and Scottish songs. Loved hear George singing "Grace" in his audition. I think Ryan would do a great job singing
"The Town I Loved So Well" and would very much like to hear his version of "The Village They Call the Moy". Thanks for everything.

WLIW PBS Pledge Night with Neil and Keith

I watched the whole thing. It was great. The guys were so charming and chatty...IE came across beautifully...I think it as a great night all around. Nice to hear some personal stuff about the guys, they were cute and funny, as well as a song from each. Neil also answered a burning question I had about the red instrument he was playing in one of the numbers, which is a mandolin. I thought so but wasn't sure. What talent - can't wait to see them at RCMH in October. I had the time of my life at the Tilles show...just love these guys!!

IT'S ENTERTAINMENT

THEY ARE ON NH P B S TONIGHT GOT THE HEALTHY SNACKS READY AND THE T V IS WARMING UP COME ON CELTIC THUNDER BRING IT ON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YOU GUYS ROCK CAN NOT WAIT UNTIL YOU COME TO THE MAINE AREA .

Why not come to dallas

Why not come to dallas You didn't come last year either. We would like to have a live pledge drive. .. Also when are the dates i would like to plan ahead The lads are great. Please include neil in the photos we like looking at him too. also how about back to their orginial style of music. we like it too.

PBS

Well, you provided us with a great show (for the entire family) to watch together and these days it's kind of rare, unless we are watching a cartoon and even some of them are not for young kids (Family guy). I promise to continue to support all of you! I've never been so excited to spend $300.00 on tickets......lol and this is the second time we have done that! So that right there tells you something too. I've also had a hand in talking other's into purchasing M&G's as well. Word of mouth is a powerful force!

MAKE EVERYDAY AN ADVENTURE!

Proud member of the East Coast Thunderheads!

Thank you.

Thank you and Phil for making all of this possible. This is the most fun that I have had in years before I saw CT back in March of 2008 on PBS. Can't wait to help out at PBS next Wednesday here in Houston. I have my RCMH and AC tickets already. Can't wait to start traveling again. See you in Philadelphia at QVC. Keep up the great work.

Sharon,

You know it is our way to show our appreciation to you and PBS. There is so little we can give back. I know without PBS we would have so little great TV. Aside from CT, Celticwoman and Riverdance - all our educational programming is on PBS.
