I owned and used this flour mill machinery daily for many years (12 years, I think) - that is 3 of them. The grinding worked great - I have no qualms with that flour milling machine. But it is not the most convenient, nor the sturdiest I've used. flour mill machine
It is noisier than the newer used grain roller mill, and produces more flour dust in the room (though it isn't bad - I've seen far noisier and "dustier" ones). The small hopper is a bit inconvenient, as is removing the mill used Flour Mill Machinehead to get to the flour in the flour pan, as is the small hole the grain feeds through (you have to pretty much handfeed corn and larger beans to keep them flowing).
The biggestused Wheat Flour Mill problem we had was the clips that hold the head to the pan would crack, and on one of our used laboratory mill the underside of the head developed a pretty big crack. This mills were still usable, but you couldn't get as good of a seal used Grain Flour Mill (to keep down that flour dust).
The company was great to work with though about getting it used flour Purifier fixed - and these problems occurred after a few years of use. So used roller mill it's a good mill, but not the one I'd buy today. Me and My House now uses and recommends the used Plansifter NutriMill.

Thank you all for such a wonderful show. I watched the program on WQED, Pittsburgh, Pa on Monday night with credit card in hand waiting to call and I think I dialed as soon as the number came up but only to be diasappointed in one way that all the Meet and Greet tickets were sold before the show actually came on TV. But I was thrilled to know that there is so much support out there. I was assured that I received great seats at the Benedum.Besides there is always next time. We had the pleasure to meet Paul and Ryan the last time in Pittsburgh and they were so sweet. I am a mother of three grown sons and grandma of three babies. I promised our granddaughter, Veronica, that we would take her to a concert. She's still too young this time but I will bring her to the next one in 2011. I'm sure there will be one because you are all so wonderful.

I am watching KPTS in central Kansas. I do not see anywhere in any list that has been published that the guys were planning to be there - - yet - all of the guys are being interviewed. I have been doing that, and each time they say, "If we get it, we get it. Now leave us alone!"
They have been quite annoyed that I and a few others keep on asking them about it, and say that if we want Celtic music, we could just buy the Celtic Woman DVD's they have. When we tell them that we want CT, they say, "Well, too bad. We don't carry it. Go elsewhere."
I hope they will finally understand that CT is worth carrying. In the meantime, may the lads be healthy and stay together! Thank you for creating this incredible singing group. With Riverdance on their last tour, Celtic music and tradition is disappearing from America once more.

They are the most wonderful, talented bunch of lads I have seen in a long while. The most current show, It's Entertainment, fits it's name. I watched it twice this past weekend (in the Chicago area) and it will be on again tonight and a couple more times. This show truly brings out all of their personalities. Each song fits them perfectly. The "group" songs are excellent as well. The "addition" of Neil to the foreground is great. He, too, is a wonderful talent both in voice and as a musician. All of the dancers and musicians are wonderful as well. All of the shows have been fantastic but this one.....I don't know.....there's something "extra special" about it! Sharon I went to Best Buy today, I ask for help finding the new DVD, the employees couldn't find it.
I went up and down each aisle for thirty minutes and finally found the CD and DVD> Well worth the time.
Fantastic doesn't do this performance justice. I have all the DVD's of the concerts, the change in each persons looks and self confidence is absolutely amazing.

Paul mentioned that their music spreads to music lovers four to ninety-four years of age. Well I have younger children that I home school (infants to five years old).Right now I have three children two years of age. In my class we pretend to travel around the world, we left Mexico and went to Ireland (pretending of course) in August 2009, I use Celtic Thunder for the music on our tour of this great country, as of today we are still in Ireland. My two year olds have sung these songs since they were eighteen months.
I am overwhelmed with the way they sing the songs, it does not matter if they are singing Heartland, Raggle Taggle Gypsy, they sing the words the best they can. They love it when Ryan yells out "come on Rama you
can do better then that" .Eian a two year old yells at his mother when they are shopping or driving"Come on mama you can do better then that."
I am at a lost for words when I try explain their love for this group and their music.
I can tell these men are going to go far by looking into their eyes. I will say in channeling this group, they are going to go on for a long time, thanks you Sharon.

Any idea when tour dates might be posted. I talked to my PBS station that is doing the tape of the guys from Chicago tonight. They said no tickets and no meet and greats since the tour was not finalized. Yet someone in St. Louis got tickets last night (or so they said) and could not get a meet and great, since those were already sold out.
I know I have said it before, I will donate to whatever to get a meet and great, I just need the chance to be able to do it. I have been in Celtic Thunder withdrawl since Albany. I am more than ready for some shows. Any word on doing some in Canada this summer. Fall dates? Something to look forward to. Please!! Hit four shows in about six monthes, now nothing since Albany. And Syracuse did not get a visit from the promo tour. I would have loved to meet Neil and Keith. Great to see Neil on twitter. That was a nice surprise this week. I had tweeted him a few times trying to get him to tweet with us. And left messages on his myspace. So nice to see him getting a larger role. I am looking forward to his increased role in the fall.
Love the hard work you do. Trust me it is appreciated by all of us who are addicted to Celtic Thunder. Someone came into work today and told me they heard Celtic Thunder on the radio in Syracuse. Have to try to find out what station. The Irish radio show on Sunday from our little station in Auburn plays them all the time, my call in each week wanting to hear them does get responses. Good Evening Sharon! It was so nice to meet you! You are GORGEOUS!! I wanted to again THANK YOU and Keith & Neil for a wonderful PBS promotional tour in Wilkesbarre, PA and Bethlehem, PA!! It is so wonderful how accessible the guys are, and so sweet and down to earth. My daughter (Gia) has been telling EVERYONE about her meeting with all of you! Many of our friends tuned in, and experienced Celtic Thunder for the first time, and were extremely impressed! They also loved listening to Keith/Neil on air interviews! Their "warmth" comes across to all of us, when they talk. We got Meet & Greets for both Reading & FM Kirby! *It felt great to be able to support our local PBS, and also get such wonderful tickets and M&G with the guys! (and Gia was dialing the phone, b/c the lads were getting on the phones for the M&G...so THANK YOU!!). My entire family just adores them!! (especially wee Gia, lol). You will have our continued support for your great entertainment Sharon. My hat is off to you and the lads! You all work so hard to provide such fine, family-oriented music. Sharon, if you have a name and/or address for the people who we could contact regarding this, send me an email. I will be happy to write a letter. I already complained to the local Target, and your right, they don't have the power to make this change. The store clerk told me that he'd been asked about the IE cd several times already that morning. These stores need to understand, especially in a rural area, that we need access to the music that we love. I live in such a community, the closest Target is still an hour away. I, since I love CT, drove to this store just for the cd. I then had to drive to St. Louis, another 45 minutes of drive time to find the cd. I found it at Circuit City, they had only 2 copies. Something is wrong with this picture. I did pre-order my cd and dvd from Amazon, but lost my credit card, and didn't realize that this would cancel anything that hadn't cleared my account yet. I was very disappointed. But again, whatever we need to do, WE WILL DO!!! The guys are doing a great job out there!!

Target Stores
Hello,
Just wanted to say that I have pre-ordered all the DVD and CD's that the guys have made thus far from Amazon. Finding them in the stores you would expect to carry them is an excerise in frustration to say the least. The Best Buy stores in our area somtimes have them and sometimes don't. They are like Target in that they don't have a choice in what they receive. Barnes and Noble carry all the CDs and DVDs but I know that I can depend on Amazon. The guys are fantastic! I have told everyone I can about them and encouraged them to give them a try. That's Entertainment is so different from the previous CD/DVD's and it shows the talents, personalities, and diversities of the group so well. Something that I would like to see in the future would be a CD with more of the more traditional Irish/Scottish music. My grandparents were from Ireland and Scotland and I grew up on this music.
Pledge breaks & Target stores
Hi Sharon, I just viewed IE on KCET here in the LA area. It was fun to see Ryan and George live during the pledge breaks. They did a great job. I'm so happy that I got my tickets for Nov. but sad that the "meet and greets" were sold out before the phone operator could get her computer to respond. Maybe next year!
I spoke to the Target stores in my area about getting IE and they too said that the indivudual store has no control over what they receive. All orders must be placed with the regional office. I was very happy to see that Borders had a large display for Celtic Thunder and I was able to get the CD & DVD on Feb. 9. They were sold out by the next day - but got additional stock in quickly. Best Buy also had both the CD & DVD avaliable on Feb. 9.
Can't wait till Nov. 8th to see my favorite guys. Thanks for all you do, Sharon.
Target Stores
Just visited my Target store today - and sure enough, no IE dvd/cd. I spoke with the manager, told her I was sending a lot of people out to Target to buy the dvd/cd, and how disappointed I would be if they weren't carrying it. Don't know if that will help, but I'll keep on them!
Pledge drives
Hi, Sharon,
Glad to hear the promos are doing well. We were told we sold extremely well on NJN, both tickets and pledges! Its great to see and hear about all of the fan support. PBS shows have been in my home for over 30 years! Sesame Street was a "must see" daily when my children were small! I did get a few remarks about having more Irish music in the shows, but 99% positive comments! It was a pleasure to chat with folks and tell them how we fans feel about CT, and to joke about the "obsession" we all have with the whole experience.
It was also lovely to see you and Keith again, and to meet Neil. You sure can pick them, Sharon! Terrific talent and personlity plus! If you need us, just holler and we will be there for you!

Sharon when anyone calls Target stores they might want to ask for the district or regional buyer the stores can't order it themselves and most stores won't pass this onto the buyers that people are requesting them. I used to work for Target and remember being told this. Hopefully this may help.
Target
Will, that makes it good for my employer - Barnes & Noble. IE, both CD and DVD are being featured in all stores with Music/DVD departments. The CD is a store play this month - meaning it will be played over the music system thru the store. People always ask who is playing when it catches them.
It's a shame about Target. Not everyone has access to a Barnes & Noble.
Concerts for 2010 Fall Tour
Sharon, I was just wondering if there is a concert anywhere in Tennessee this year? You came to Nashville last year and it was a wonderful event. For us fans in the southern US, we only have the concert in Atlanta to go to. I already have my tickets for there, but I would love to attend another one and was hoping Nashville might be a possible concert date. Thanks for any info you might have regarding this question. Barb

Sorry to bother you again Sharon, but I forgot to add to last comment that when we called PBS to get out tour tickets for Clearwater Florida we got to talk with Damain. oh my gosh what a thrill he was so pleasant. thank you for 5 of the most fantastics lads I have ever heard and really enjoyed thier sharing and appreciation they show for thier fans. Was disappointed Clearwater not having a meet and greet but hoping you get Orlando and maybe another city so we can go to more than one concert and find a meet and greet.

IE cd and DVD sales
I think it is a crime that walmarts and targets suppliers make the decission what we should see and listen to. I have been trying to get them both to carry the dvd and cd but they all keep saying it is up to the suppliers but man new releases of the british singer from thier idol program is on end cabs every where and out lads are better than her or other new singers and deserve better respesntaion in the store than they are getting. I did email you the info on the Walmarts but it didn't seem to help. I went back today and they still don't have them and the Supplier fills stock every tuesday in North Port, Venus, Englwood and Port Charlotte florida

Sharon, the Walmart in Winston Salem does not carry the DVD either.....I got my CD from them but I got my DVD from Barnes and Nobles! I was supposed to go to Charlotte with Lynn and some other ladies and I could not get off work. DISAPPOINTED to say the least. Im so happy that the sales and the Promo is going well!

I had checked my local Target
I had checked my local Target twice then gave up. I had ordered from Amazon but didn't want to wait and had a few people I wanted to buy for. When I went to Target on the release day, the guy checked but just said they didn't have them and maybe they would be there the next Tues. I have bought CT there before. I did not know they were not carrying them anymore. I will write to Target and let them know what I think.
I see Orlando is not listed yet for a concert. Are they coming to Orlando this year. I sure hope so, we have many fans in the area and we Need Celtic Thunder. Please say they will be here. I talked to WMFE several times but they don't seem to know anything about it. At least we are getting to see the show that was filmed in Chicago. We all have the DVD but somehow it is so exciting to see them on PBS especially when the guys are there.
