Back in NY, hope the weather is nice for the weekend. Full on Work from Monday again.

Enjoyed the break at home and the trip to San Fran too.

The Centers for Disease

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) uses trends from past years to come up with a "regional baseline" rate of doctors' office visits for illness consistent with flu. For NYS, the "regional baseline" is currently 2.3%. Numbers above this "regional baseline" suggest high levels of illness consistent with flu in the state.

Hi Sharon! Glad you found some time for rest and fun. I have not heard much on the Ellen front. I just e-mailed her and offered to buy her (2) tickets for any Celtic Thunder concert. I directed her to the tour section of this web-site. I only mentioned that perhaps once she sees them in concert, she might invite them to appear on her show. Desperate times called for desperate measures!
