Right now you can enter to win a trip to see Celtic Thunder live on their upcoming Fall tour in the CITY OF YOUR CHOICE (on October 2 or later)!

Well, I just found out that the meet and greets you can purchase through only through PBS station and you only get to meet two of the guys and they pick them at random. You get no say so in it and I think that sucks cuz I would want to meet them all. However for the contest here I could not tell ya but, I just thought I'd let everyone know what I found out. And they are all sold out at least from the station I contacted so, that sucks too but, looks like I will not be going now anyways unless I win this contest. But, good luck everyone!

So just like everyone else I've been checking to see if the winner was announced. So after a few weeks of irritation I decided to go back and read everything over again. That's when I found this...

"SELECTION OF CONTEST WINNERS/ODDS: The prize winner will be randomly selected sometime shortly after September 15, 2010. Winners will be announced via email within a month of the drawing. Prizes are non-transferable and will not be replaced if lost or stolen. Attending a CT concert

I first heard about y'all from a cousin in Colorado who had been to your concert in Denver. They had a dvd and showed it while I was there. I could not get enough of CT. When I returned home I bought the dvd and listen to it all the time. I checked your spring concert dates and got a ticket to the concert in Houston. I drove five hours to get there, thoroughly loved the concert and drove 5 hours back home (I live in Junction, TX). I would love the opportunity to attend another concert. However, if I am not selected to win any tickets, I have a suggestion. I read through the comments and I would pick either "Momof3boys" or "who_me". I don't know if you are picking the winners at random or based on the comments but I felt they were the most deserving so far. BEGGING TO HEAR AND SEE CELTIC THUNDER!!

When you were first here in Arkansas, at Little Rock, I was begging EVERYONE to take me there. I would pay for the tickets, gas & food, but no, they were all tooooooooo busy. (I cannot drive because of my disability, it effects my legs, and driving really makes them hurt.) I had tickets reserved for the third row, aisle seats!!!!!! At the VERY last minute my oldest daughter said she would go, well of course it was tooooooo late!:(:( There's not many people I really want to see, I have to be truthful, George Strait is 1st, but really you're both TIED for 1st... saying you're 2nd just doesn't feel right! I was the 2nd person to leave a review for your first CD, I think this will pretty much be the same. I just couldn't say enough, I wanted everyone that read it to feel just like I did. If I do not win, which I feel that is MOST likely; just know that you have MILLIONS of fans that are trying for this opportunity just like me! :o I keep trying to see if any of you have made a CD of your own, but I can't find anything now. I will keep watching. It just hit me, if I should win, I will get to MEET you, I bet I will not be able to say a word, well maybe Hello;) I can actually see myself fainting!!! BUT OH IT WOULD BE WORTH IT;););););) A wink for you all, including Neil!! Each time I get a CD or DVD, you are even better than the one before, though your first one is hard to beat. Finding "Act Two" was fantastic:) "Ride On", "Raggle Taggle Gyspy", "Heatbreaker", "A Bird Without Wings", "Mull of Kintyre", well actually the whole CD was just fantastic:) I do have the DVD for the 1st but, it will not play everywhere!:( I really have to say you actually are my #1 FAVORITES, George Strait IS 2nd. I'm sitting here typing and George Strait just isn't that ALL anymore, but he is my 2nd! My Mom has entered this contest to go see CT in Concert. I know that there are a lot of people who deserve to win this trip, but I really hope and pray that you choose my Mom. I'm 11 and have both an older and a younger sister who are crazy about CT, but it's not just the music we all love. CT is the one thing we all agree on. There hasn't been a lot of those happy times lately as I was forced to move in with my Dad and Step-Mother, and Mom is fighting what the doctor's thing is cancer. She has to go in for surgery on October 6th, and that scares me. My Mom has always been there for my sisters and me. No matter what she has sacrificed to give us all that we needed, even when she was already stretched beyond where my Dad would have cracked had he been around. She stayed by my bed when I almost died, just holding onto me and praying. I know she was scared, but I never saw her cry when I needed her to be strong. Now it's my turn to be there for her and my Dad won't let me, so there's not a lot that I can do. I know there are other people out there facing similar problems, but this is my Mom. Her screen name is jamminjamielynn. She is the greatest Mom a boy could ever ask for, even if she would take my older sister with her. I know she wants to go to the San Diego, California show on 11/5. She's the best Mom ever! Please choose her.

Something I must share. I went through Hurricane Katrina,lost everything. My home,my hair salon and a big part of "me" was lost that day. As a result I fell into a really deep depression,gained lots of weight and gave up on everything I once loved. Then, I found CT. Your music so moved me. I was so happy watching the DVD and always playing the CD's. I started walking with headsets,litening to your music. To this day, I have lost 187lbs!!! The last several months have been very difficult for me. On December 8 2009 my dog died in my arms. On December 17 2009 I had to make a emergency trip to Kansas City Missouri because she was very ill. On December 21 my uncle passed away, and on December 25 my mother passed away. My mother and I were very close. Even though I was 2000 miles away from her. Starting in 2007 I spent more time taking care of my mother in Missouri than I did at my home in Arlington Washington. I read the following at my mothers funeral.
The name of the poem is: I'M SPENDING WITH JESUS CHRISTMAS WITH JESUS CHRIST THIS YEAR
I see the countless Christmas trees around the world below, With tiny lights like heaven's stars, reflecting on the snow, The sight is so spectacular, please wipe away that tear, For I am spending Christmas with Jesus Christ this year!
I hear the many Christmas songs that people hold so dear' But the sounds of music can't compare with the Christmas choir up here. I have no words to tell you of the joy their voices bring, For it is beyond description to hear the angels sing.
I know how much you miss me, I see the pain inside your heart, But just remember one day soon we'll no longer be apart. I can't tell you of the splendor or the peace here in this place, Can you imagine Christmas with our Savior, face to face?

I would LOVE to win this trip. I have Breast cancer and have been very sick and this sure would lift my spirits. Besides the cancer I have had trouble with my eyes and almost died from a kidney stone that was lodged and caused me to go septic. I am blessed to be alive. This trip would mean the world to me as I have no money to go anywhere. Medical bills.

I would love to win this contest! My mom and daughter both love your music as well. I would love to take my mom though however. She's really in love with you all. She has two of your dvd's and she watches them like everyday. She is also a member of your site and has written to some of you. She was upset that you have not written back but, I told her that you are probably busy with your schedules and stuff. My mom never wins anything and she has never really gone anywhere and neither have I. She is getting older and she has been struggling with diabetes for the last three years now. I would really love to take her to see you and meet you. That is one of her dreams and I'd like to make it come true for her. Celtic Thunder is a great group. I seen them on my PBS station in March, that was the first time I had ever seen or heard of them. You heard of the term Love at First Sight, well that is what it was for me when I saw Damian. I would love to be able to see and meet Celtic Thunder in person, just to tell them how wonderful I think they are. I went to the first concert in Everett and I would LOVE to go again my mom and dad entered the contest for me. I rely hope that I can go I've been wanting to ever scene I saw the new show on PBS and I also rely hope that I get to met Celtic Thunder some day I've met Sharon she signed a program for my grandma at the first concert in Everett.
