I just heard you sing "The Old Man" and i almost cryed
you hit home with his song and i lost my father 5yrs ago
and i still miss him ... you have the right feeling in the song you sing

Wow George, what a beautiful song. Definitely sad but you sang it from your heart. It truly sounds like you were singing it about your dad, were you? I'm new to this but definitely want to know what I read that you're working on a CD of your songs. I hope it's advertised on here somewhere if you do. I love all of you, but you're my favorite. Your songs just touch me heart. Going to see you next month (Oct. 22nd)in St, Louis - I Can't wait!!!

I totaly agreee with you

I love the song "The Old Man" I cried through the whole song, I just lost my Dad this past July an the words are so lovly and George's voice is such a great gift I will treasure this song forever, I also shared it with my Mom and she loved it also......

This one made me cry. I lost my father to stomach cancer 10 years ago. I can't believe it's been that long. He was only 59 years old. I love listening to this song alot. And I love the way George sings it. He has such a beautiful voice.
