No, I doubt there will be a spring tour. We are releasing STORM here then and the original show in other territories around the world so the spring will be all promo trips I imagine.
Big tour being planned for fall and some dates in the summer around a corporate gig we've to do

No Glow sticks is better, again they would catch on camera all the time. It would be OK at the very end of the 2nd Act but it's impossible to have them unseen until then in a dark venue - which it has to be for the cameras to focus on the lit positions on stage.
I'd prefer if people didn't bring glow sticks but if they have to, please keep them locked in a handbag until the end of the very last number

Yes, Keith was shopping today. The Choreography for this show is so complex, each number has to be worked initially with Belinda and Julie-Ann and the performer for 3 hours so the rehearsals are scheduled. Keith is working really hard, just like Damian, George and Ryan on his numbers. He's allowed go shopping when he's not scheduled to be working!
They'll get less and less time "off" as the rehearsals go on.
Ryan has a mountain of work to do, he's being seriously challenged in this one and will be stretched as far as he can go. He's taking it seriously and working bloody hard on it.

This is the first time I've ever allowed a fan based audience to a show I'm shooting. Prior to this no one saw or knew anything until it was aired on TV 6 months later.
I'm not sure it's possible or reasonable to expect 4,000 people to stay shtum for 6 months and won't happen so yes, you can talk about STORM after you see it.
What is non-negotiable and will be sign posted ALL over the venue is you will not even be allowed to carry a mobile phone into the venue.
First, I'm filming and someone will always forget to turn their phone off. Second, there is no chance anyone will be allowed to take a picture or video or recording on any class of a device. There will be security in the seating to confiscate any electronic item, including mobiles so make sure that word gets out. leave your phones etc in the car, hotel or at home

Think about it, how do I film an audience reaction for TV and DVD (and that's the only place anyone viewing a DVD or TV Show can get the "feel" for what any show is, from watching the filmed audience reacting to the show) if they have even an inkling in advance.
You all know not even Carolyn, George's wife was allowed step into a single recording session, rehearsal or even into the venue to see the set until the night the audience walked into their seats to see the show filmed.
If they don't get a hint, you have no chance.

Because it's not a regular venue, seating is being built.
It is all raised seating so you'd need to be able to manage the steps up to a seat.
With cameras everywhere it was the only way to build seating at a shoot, floor seats wouldn't work

Sarah, I'm still running. Unfortunately Damian isn't quite as early a riser as me ; ) , so I've been running solo the past few days!! I think he's got out a few times as well though... with rehearsals it's not always easy to find time.

Yes it's a little late with the 12 hour rehearsal days going on but adrenaline levels are high as is the enthusiasm.

Long day of meetings and rehearsals, more tomorrow. As you might have picked up from their tweets on the home page, the guys were a bit awed by the set I've come up with for the new show.

Phil is going to be in Toronto, and will do the set up for the tour and be in the Tilles Center, after which he is going to take a well deserved break after working 24/7 on STORM since June

Well I hoped it would all work and reach the level of success my first show did, but you never know. The public decide in the end, that's always the way it is and you can't really predict that, you go for it and hope for the best.

STORM is all new and yes ultimately there will be 2 CD's, probably one in February and one in August like before. There are 32 songs in the show

Yes, Keith was shopping today. The Choreography for this show is so complex, each number has to be worked initially with Belinda and Julie-Ann and the performer for 3 hours so the rehearsals are scheduled. Keith is working really hard, just like Damian, George and Ryan on his numbers. He's allowed go shopping when he's not scheduled to be working!
They'll get less and less time "off" as the rehearsals go on.
Ryan has a mountain of work to do, he's being seriously challenged in this one and will be stretched as far as he can go. He's taking it seriously and working bloody hard on it.

This is the first time I've ever allowed a fan based audience to a show I'm shooting. Prior to this no one saw or knew anything until it was aired on TV 6 months later.
I'm not sure it's possible or reasonable to expect 4,000 people to stay shtum for 6 months and won't happen so yes, you can talk about STORM after you see it.
What is non-negotiable and will be sign posted ALL over the venue is you will not even be allowed to carry a mobile phone into the venue.
First, I'm filming and someone will always forget to turn their phone off. Second, there is no chance anyone will be allowed to take a picture or video or recording on any class of a device. There will be security in the seating to confiscate any electronic item, including mobiles so make sure that word gets out. leave your phones etc in the car, hotel or at home

Damian is growing up, not just turning 17, he's physically 6 foot tall now. And he's growing up in the show. I hate producers and record companies who think a singer is in a "niche" and are afraid any "change" will impact sales so then prevent the singers normal development with age and refuse to allow them to grow up.

Lisa, god loves a trier.....There is NO chance you'll get any hints out of me or the boys about STORM.
Think about it, how do I film an audience reaction for TV and DVD (and that's the only place anyone viewing a DVD or TV Show can get the "feel" for what any show is, from watching the filmed audience reacting to the show) if they have even an inkling in advance.
You all know not even Carolyn, George's wife was allowed step into a single recording session, rehearsal or even into the venue to see the set until the night the audience walked into their seats to see the show filmed.
If they don't get a hint, you have no chance.

It's not really likely but there is a possibility that we will be building the fall 2010 tour dates for stations to pledge some tix for in the December pledge this year. But either way by January you will know the touring schedule for next year.

We did the parade twice already, need to give it a miss for a year. I doubt we'd be lucky enough to get a 2nd year in a row at the White House, that was such an honour, maybe in a few years we might be so lucky again.

Paul is very disappointed and would prefer to travel and do it but Phil is a great MD as well as our composer/songwriter and he says NO, Paul has to mind himself to be in top shape for STORM and the tour so he can't travel this week. We have to mind our guys too...
Aside from which, Neil is a great singer and performer in his own right and I think you'll enjoy the performances on QVC

Tickets for the filming of the new CELTIC THUNDER STORM show on Thursday 1st and Friday 2nd October 2009, at Arrow Hall 5 in the International Centre go on pre-sale to Fans tomorrow morning at 10am.
The password for JUST these two shows for pre-sales is

They'll go on public sale 24 hours later so make sure you order tomorrow.

Because it's not a regular venue, seating is being built.
It is all raised seating so you'd need to be able to manage the steps up to a seat.
With cameras everywhere it was the only way to build seating at a shoot, floor seats wouldn't work
