I was so excited last night when I watched my favorite tv show and recognized Damian from Celtic Thunder. I am not only a huge Glee fan but have loved Celtic Thunder since seeing them on PBS several years ago and then seeing them in person in Florida. He is such a wonderful addition to this show - hurrah. He has such a incredible voice and it will add to all those other great voices on the show.

Haii! I'm so glad you won the Glee Project, you and Cameron were my favorites from the start. It must have been an amazing feeling to win. You are a fabulous singer. From "Puppy Love" to "A Place In The Choir" and to my favorite, "Jessie's Girl". You have come a long way from Celtic Thunder and everything. I can't wait to see you as Rory on Glee.
Damian, you are very talented, your voice is like silk, so smooth and beautiful. I wish you luck on The Glee Project, I really believe you will win, especially if any of the Glee people have ever watched you in Celtic Thunder. i loved damian since i started loving celtic thunder, but i actually just watched puppy love, and i plan on singing that in my head untill i sing it out loud and drive my parents crazy. . . . just kidding. i dOnt sing anymore, but i do write songs your awesome damian and crazy hot just so you know ♥♥

We love watching Damien as he matures in his role on the The Glee Project. He looked a little out of his element on the first show but since then he is really doing great. I really hope he goes the distance. He has a tremendous fan base who would love seeing him on GLEE.

I am 16 and have been listening to Celtic Thunder about a year now!All of you each have beautiful voices,and God Given talent!...But you are the closest to my age,and by far my favorite!
I have just started watching The Glee Project and As soon as I saw you on it Like to died!My mind went between saying "WAIT DAMIAN IS A GLEEK LIKE ME!' to "OH MY GOODNESS I JUST KNOW HE IS GOING TO DO WELL!"

Damian first of all your my fav. singer in like the whole world. I love how you are on the glee project i thought it was kind of wierd because this summer i'm in a theatre camp and the play is glee. secondly i wrote a song that i was hoping you would like it's from me and i wrote it like literally wrote it. YOUR THE BEAST. I hope to see you in concert but your concert is always sold out and maybe some day do a duet with you. hope you like my song and hope you have a lot of fun on yours tours. =) =)

So happy Damian made the top 12. We all know there will be NO CONTEST,he will surely win. But, will he miss some the tour this fall? Or all of it? Those are the big questions, as I am invested in 3 shows this fall. In IL, MO, and NC. Hope he can make it for at least one of them. This is such a wonderful surprise to see the tribute to Damian's progress and developement thus far over the past four years. Watching him with his first Celtic Tunder concert performance at 14 and seeing how he has grown and has now matured into a very wonderful young adult at 18, is nice to see. These songs of A Bird Without Wings and Come By The Hills for "The Show" cd/dvd is my very most favorite, such emotion was put into his singing. I always love watching George "watching over" Damian in A Bird Without Wings, it is such a gentle performance.
Damnian has come a long way, may he have sucess with Glee. It was nice to see Damian in a different light, having fun as a teeenager!! Although I have never watched Glee previously,I shall surely be looking foward to seeing it in June. Just hope that the acting bug doesn't take Damian away from Celtic Thunder!!

Saturday's 12-hour Gleekend Marathon on the Oxygen channel reportedly provided the network with its most watched 11am to 11pm time period EVER!
Congrats on Damian's participation on "The Glee Project!" I am sure with the current advertising everywhere for "The Glee Project" that Damian will have millions more fans trying to find out more about our "Damian McGinty", not to mention once the show airs on Oxygen June 12 when they want to VOTE for him to win! We all will be glued to the Tele pulling for him!

The lower version of a bird without wings always makes me want to cry. He sings it with so much meaning!! I have been looking for that version for forever but I could never find it anywhere!! I am so glad I have found it once more.

I recently moved it over to carolstepp.wordpress.com, and added some comments to update. I think you have just become one of the loveliest young men I have ever known.
